her black puppy.

bubbling under the bridge
a gaggle of stones.

Storm passing
a few sunflower shadows
drawn by the moon.

Pointing for the child
along my arm
the Southern Cross.

Cafe’ breakfast
stirring around sunrise
the autumn winds.

Holiday cottage
the sleepiness of tots
carried inside.
